How Do Oxalates Cause Arthritis and Pain?

    Dr. Jack, thank you for telling me about oxalotes. I had not heard of them which is rather sad since I have kidney disease. It just reiterates to me the importance of self education on our health issues. I have been diagnosed as a diabetic for 30 years. No doctor ever told me about ketoacidosis until I was experiencing it and even then I wasn’t told much. I’m not sure if most doctors believe that the average person can’t comprehend or if we don’t care. However, I do know and understand that educating ourselves on our health problems is paramount.
