So by taking the energy pollen and the vixon pollen, drinking lemon water, green tea, with chia, and half teaspoon of Manuka honey (4 or 5 cups a day) and only eating one (healthy) meal a day I have lost 30 lbs and feel great, never hungry and plenty of energy. 😊 However yesterday I decided to “reward” myself by eating whatever I wanted….so I did. Reese’s pieces, onion rings, pepperoni, cheese, a soft pretzeand some chips and let me tell you it was absolutely not a reward. It was a harsh reminder that we truly are what we eat and when we eat healthy we feel good and healthy but when we eat garbage we feel like garbage. Next time I will definitely, actually reward myself, maybe with a new outfit or an afternoon with friends. Anything except by making myself feel like that again. Today though, is a new day and it will be a day with healthy choices. Thank you for the support and guidance from Advance Body Foods through blogs, information and of course the pollens. I have had a life long struggle with my weight and health. Now at 47 I finally feel like I’m achieving my goals in bettering my health and improving both the quality and longevity of my life in a lasting sustainable way.
